At Arrie's Trading Corner, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligable for a refund, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and components.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged:
- Products that have been used, installed or modified.
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective).
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as non-returnable.
- Products damaged through misuse, negligence or improper installation.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
After reviewing your claim, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent.
- The item arrived damaged.
- The product is defective under normal use.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed.
If your order has already been processed and/or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process once received.
